Thinking of buying a brand new Lance due to high used prices

Campers are the most complex RV they are. Lot of electrical has to be done by sticking your arm into hole, so is the plumbing.
They have to have lot of options (My Lance 1161 has more exterior lights, than average 3 bdrm house) but have to keep the "line" although some of them exceed 4000lb.
I spend most of my life in house remodeling and would rather remodel 400 sq-ft kitchen than 40 sq-ft bathroom. That is why both of them don't have big price difference.
