I really don't think prices has to do with working in a small area. For an example a Northstar Liberty is a lot smaller than a Northstar Igloo but the Igloo is price $10,000.00 higher and only has a 19 more gallons of fresh water, bigger fridge and a little more storage. Should be the other way around if it has to do with small areas. I think prices has to do with demand. Hot seller, popular floor plan demands higher prices because the manufacturer and their dealers knows it will sell.
Hallmark, Host Mammoth campers are in demand. Drives prices up. You will see a super small Travel Lite truck camper priced low under $20,000.00 because it is not in demand. All has to do with demand and build quality. Just my 2 cents
