I agree with previous posts if not in a hurry maybe you can find a good used one, I say "maybe". I bought a used Lance 880 around 02 (about 8 yrs old) very nice but had sat outside over the yrs that I constantly worked on. We bought a new Lance 1050S in 15 from Hills RV in Yakima with about a 23% disc off list. I would highly recommend Hills & buy new, especially if you have a place to keep it out of the rain! If not then I don't think it would matter much, then buy used.
We loved our new Lance but lost it a year latter to a shop fire, but were very fortunate to find a 2015 1181 Lance that was hardly used. So we bought it & am very happy with this awesome camper. This was found on the Lance Forum, good luck!
