How about this for a tow vehicle? We camped next to it at "Westside Park" in Bodega Bay, CA.

I noticed the red walls too. The other interesting thing was about the quiet hours. This guy followed the 10pm rule to the minute, but the posted quiet hours were from 8pm on. :)
