In Kayteg's picture the truck is further off the road. The guy driving has a different colored shirt.
The camper and trailer are definitely the same though I do see what looks like a cord hanging in the cabover window in Rob's pic. Also I'm not sure what the thing is on the camper roof by the railing or if it would have shown up in the Kayteg photo.
I can't imagine why anyone would doctor a photo in that specific way or why there are not "originals" with the same camera angle.
I'm thinking it's possible the poor guy suffered the same fate on his replacement truck.
