This is what Torklift calls service??? Ridiculous...

I've had my Fastguns for, oh, 10-ish years. A long time ago, someone apparently tried stealing them, but I have the Fastgun locks, and so all they succeeded in doing was busting the handle off of one...

I am also a big fan of TorkLift. It's so good to see a company with 'old school' customer service of keeping their past customers happy instead of always just chasing the new customer.

Not sure how it is in the US but the cable companies, cell phone companies etc. seem to make you want to jump from one to the other because the specials and discounts only apply to new customers.... not a fan of that type of marketing.
