This is what Torklift calls service??? Ridiculous...

I've had my Fastguns for, oh, 10-ish years. A long time ago, someone apparently tried stealing them, but I have the Fastgun locks, and so all they succeeded in doing was busting the handle off of one...

Good for them (and you)! I too have had a similar experience with a broken Stableload, got a new set shipped free. They wanted to old ones back to evaluate and paid for return shipping as well, top cabin company and props to Brandon also.
