Thought I'd provide a little detail on the shield, and now see that it actually is the "hinge".

Basically, the top of the door curls around inside what I thought was the shield and that forms the hinge. It does rotate past 90*, I just stopped there for the picture.
The Elixer web site has them listed as Baggage Doors and they do have them with radius and non-radius corners. It's probably too much to hope for the radius to match your existing cutout, but you never know.
Edit: Sorry, those baggage doors actually use a piano hinge, so they aren't the same as what I have.
