What are the two cut out notches for? (don't rememebr reading why they are there) Is it so you can get the tank out? Is it a horizontal tank?
Sure glad you found the door full of water...Lance drilled all my doors when I was at facotry a few years back and I notice many new TC's have drilled doors.
Was there a propane escape hole in the tank compartment? My last camper had a metal tank compartment and the new (2005) has a moulded plastic enclosure with a big hole in the bottom. Turns out I have had only the one I know of hatch causing an issue, but it is being removed during the rebuild from the back of the TC, behind the ladder.
