I'll use my standard reply (this subject should be a sticky).
Several years ago I found by accident a product called Reliable RV cleaner (go figure!). Spray it on...wipe it off. I have not found a black streak yet it won't breeze right through. It's concentrated, and once the rag gets a little saturated, you can just wipe the streaks off. NO Kidding! You can literally do the whole trailer if you're of a mind to. That's what it's made for.
You can also add it to your wash water to do the whole trailer. It's made for RV's and will not harm the finish. You will need to wax after, though. It's seems to pretty effectively remove wax, too!
I have no affiliation with this product, but it works like magic for me. My former boss had NEVER removed the streaks from his fiver and was having a hard time scrubbing them off til he tried this product. He was astounded how well it worked for him!
I don't see it in RV stores much but is available on line. I wash with Turtle Zip Wax, follow with Reliable on the stubborn stains, rewash with Zip, and I'm done. After five years, my paint is starting to dull on the sunny side of the trailer, but the rear which gets stored against the garage looks like new, decals and all. I also use gutter extensions and wash the roof and gutters several times a year. A garage is the best way to prevent black streaks, IMO! Wish I had one.
