Thank you, it did help.
I found a picture in my tickle trunk of a DCFC that we used in palm springs area. This is an EVGO with both a Chademo connector and a CCS connector. Now imaging this with a third "hose" with a Tesla connector. A tesla can still use these without the third "hose" but the Tesla driver would have to buy the adapter. We have one. They are about 400 bucks...and they are bulky. But they are handy. However now with EVGO adding a Tesla connector we would not have to haul it out of the trunk.

Here is a picture of wifeys car (named Jarvis) with the chademo adapter on it charging. Like I say...bulky...but better than nothing and much faster than AC charging. Where we live there are 10 times as many chademo/CCS locations as there is Tesla Superchargers so kinda handy on road trips that are off the beaten track. Anyway, with EVGO including the Tesla "hose" it gets rid of this need....and I'll have a 400 dollar paperweight if everybody else follows EVGO's path. Doh. :)

And on edit. This is EVGO's trial attempt at including Tesla "hoses". They took a Tesla Chademo adaptor like ours and attached to the cabinet and then attached a Tesla "hose' to it.
Hopefully this latest development won't limit the charge rate to 50 KW like the adapter does. Many of the EVGO's are 100 KW plus. Then again, a slower charge can be handy when you are shopping.
