Yep. I agree. Lots of manufacturers from lots of continents. One up and coming manufacturer named Aptera is using the Tesla connector and Tesla is open to others using it but no takers so far. My guess is the standards Tesla sets for charging time are quite high so as to avoid congestion at Superchargers....but that’s just my guess.
