It's not just car dealers-yesterday I went to a Verizon corp. store to have a problem corrected with my new (smarter than me ) phone, the sales man was rude and had no idea how to handle customers,he went off on the retailers that sold Verizon phones which was very wrong.
I worked for Verizon for 5 years and still have some pride in "customer Service" I tried to speak to the manager but they could not locate them.After 35 years dealing with the public in one way or another, I am offended by the lack of training that todays sales people get.
