Re the wet bath...we had that in our boat and didn't mind it at all. Shower curtain went all the way around, so the large vanity area stayed dry. There was a good size window in the bathroom, to I could leave that open and still have privacy with the shower curtain. You're right, you can shower and clean at the same time.
Re your outlets in the kitchen area....do you have a space where you could run a power strip - think they have maybe a 12" - 18" cord - attach it to the wall and hopefully keep the toaster or coffee maker cords out of the heat.
Even with a few glitches, which all RVs seem to have, I like the Oliver. Nice!
