Thoughts on Starcraft Autumn Ridge 289BHS

My family is shopping for a new tt with bunk beds. One trailer that we would like to know more about is the Starcraft Autumn Ridge 289BHS. If you have any experience with this model or brand I would like to hear about it.
  • We have an Autumn Ridge 289BHS and we love it. Bought it last year and have put about 5000kms on it without any issues. The trailer is well built, and I feel the fit and finish is good. The highlights for me on the trailer are the bunk capacities are 600lbs, I looked at some bunk models that only had a 150lb capacity which is a bit of a joke. Another nice feature is the 68 gallon fresh water tank, my last trailer was only 20 gallons so that was a nice improvement. The layout of this trailer also allows it to be used with the slide out in. Just keep an eye out when looking at trailers, if you want to access the fridge and/or bathroom when on the road, make sure the slides don't block them. Certain layouts do have this problem.

Feel free to PM me with any questions.
  • I have a 2013 StarCraft AR 278bh and it has been very reliable. The AR line is made by Jayco and is made almost exactly like the Jayco Jay Flight. I have had several Jaycos and my AR is very similar.
