Haha yeah I’m hearing all the click clacks around here now. It’s like Christmas music that doesn’t stop until April, lol.
Last year being the exception to the rule, had snow/ice on roads for a whole 2-3 weeks.
Was the best commute ever because 90% of the people stayed home or were in the ditch, out of the way, lol.
I will say for folks regularly driving in the cascades, it’s one of the few areas , like PA12 is saying about Anc now that studs are more needed even on AWD vehicles.
Wet snotty cascade concrete is the slickest surface known tires.
For those that don’t understand, think about Zambonis. They don’t use studs because the ice is cold enough that it’s not “as” slippery.
