I will be ordering one or the other in a few days. I have been reading reviews of these two products on-line. I like the design of the Timbrens but, the Sumo's get better reviews and are cheaper. Any experience with these?
What are you putting these on? Is it the 1990 Mallard Sprinter class A in your profile, or something else? - Ron3rdExplorer III

maintaining the Lt or Rt sag. I'm really undecided when it comes to keeping my loaded weight level.
Like many of us, I'm continually reading so many positive comments when it comes to the Upper and/or Lower Stable Loads.
With them, I'm not a fan of the Unloaded Ride Quality using the Upper Stable Loads, or Laying on my Back Re-Adjusting the Lowers.
Do you believe Timbrens along with the Air Bags will be able to maintain a Level Load and still allow the Factory Overloads to do there Job supporting the campers weight ?
I have both on my '15 SD. Top ones I had to cut a fair amount off cuz they were constantly hitting the spring and making for a harsh unloaded ride. Lowers worked great 1st season. Left them on during the winter (disengaged) and they got rusted up pretty bad to the point it takes some really good muscle to engage them. Will have to take some time this spring to get them loosened up and free again. As for the uppers, will have to cut them some more before re-installing.
Had Timbrens on my '03 SD and liked them very much. Age of truck and orig springs (if the last one makes sense), the Timbrens were sitting atop axle pretty much all the time. Spoke w/ Timbren and explained the situation and they sent me new ones albeit a bit shorter in length. Was going to install them, but got rid of the truck.
New camper on the horizon and will be trial and error as to which set up I find works best. - JustLabsExplorerI have Timbrens on my truck. They work well and have zero impact on unloaded ride.
- falconbrotherExplorer III'm not a huge fan of air bags. I have had them fail. If I can get by with something else I'll do that.

C.B. - BedlamModeratorAlso look at the Firestone Work Rites - They are like the other two you already mentioned.
- handye9Explorer IITimbrens on Tundra, Titan, and F250. They worked well on all of them.
- AlmostAnOldGuyExplorerBuddy has Tibren's to reduce sag with a heavy cab over camper on his 2012 Chevy 2500. He really likes them. Says no impact to daily driving but handles heavy load well. Nice and stable.
Good luck,
Stu
