I don't know what that means about the coil suspension; does that means it's not a real truck with real truck suspension? Gee, funny how mine has a coil suspension, tows my RV just fine, and rides better than our car.
This concerned me so I did some research, but the only negative thing I found was a debunked youtube video. All legitimate reviews I found said the Ram was actually more stable than the Ford when towing. But if you can refer me to anything please do.

It's all relative. There are lots of people towing with SUVs; most half-ton trucks are markedly better than most SUVs. I would gladly consider an HD truck if they offered a decent engine that didn't cost $8000+. But I don't plan on towing anything over 24 ft at any rate.
