I am new to this, but have read a lot about tire issues due to my TT purchase having a history with tire issues, it had nothing to do with the tires. If you have premature tire failure, there could be axle or weight distribution issues putting too much weight on one tire or one axle. You may want to consider weighing the trailer to find out what is on each wheel to know if it is balanced. Also, some trailers have had issues with the 3500lbs axles bending and causing excessive wear, but it sounds like your roadside inspection did not discover any. May just be bad tires, but unless you check the weights you will not know. Unless you blow another tire of coarse. Good luck.
