THAT IS NOT A LINK. It's just a couple of page/volume numbers, and as you indicate, yes, we've seen those page numbers before....along with various and changeable assertions as to what is stated thereon.
But not a single time has anyone provided a link to those pages, cut-and-pasted from them, or scanned/quoted the actual words so we can see what was actually said. Nor does a reference appear to any such "article" anyplace on the internet except forums like this one.

After the Holidays I'm headin' over to the Public Library and looking at the paper copies of those issues....we'll just see about this oft-cited "Consumer Reports statistic", miraculously printed on the very same pages in issues a year apart!
