As stated earlier: CR did not test ST tires. The Maxxis that a lot of us like ARE ST tires. They did rate LT tires of which Maxxis only scored a 64 out of 100...but that's not the tire we are talking about.
And wouldn't it seem more plausible that the most often used OEM tires might possibly be the least expensive tires for the MFG. ?
