For ST tires the only decent brand would be Maxxis. Although few tire places seem to stock Maxxis they can order them and have them within a few days, such as Discount Tire. Most others are no name brand china tires otherwise known as China Bombs due to their unreliability.
Some have said the newer Carlisle tires are quite good. However, Carlisle had a bad reputation in years prior and I'm one that experienced multiple blow outs with them.
For somewhat larger heavier trailers most tend to opt for LT tires as the selection of quality brand tires suitable for trailers is extensive.
