Most of the trailer tires suck quite frankly. You may want to check at etrailer. They sell tires mounted on new wheels. I'm not sure if they are balanced or not.
You may also want to check boating supply places. When I bought my new boat 2 years ago I bought tires mounted on the rims I wanted from Overtons.
