You didn't say how many miles are on these tires or the current tread depth. Irregardless, tires approaching the 10 year mark are much more likely to fail for lessor reasons than newer, just the nature of rubber and tire compounds, IMO! What was the cause of the flat that you had? Experiencing a flat is one thing, experiencing a rapid or explosive deflation type failure is all together different, even at moderately low speeds. Personally, I wouldn't think it worth the risk to you, your family and others on the road, let alone the vehicle/camper.
Bite the bullet and replace them all ASAP, you're not going to save anything by waiting a few months, might actually cost more than you're willing to lose! Good luck in any event.
