Risking being banned for discussing he who shall not be named, I need to tell those that have 3G hotspots that they need to call the number on the paper and see what the cut off date is.
I have received reports of more than a handful of hotspots going down including two of my own. One of mine the call center didn't recognize at all. The one I leave at the MIL's in case she wants to use it but never does has been suspended since June after I paid for May and sent the 6 month payment to he who shall not be named. Luckily I was able to make a payment and get it going again.
So please check your hotspots cut off date. In some cases it's been up to 10 days before the letter said.
