bighatnohorse, I find your post interesting. So often I read post with folks saying do not exceed the capacity of the door decal. Then I read your post, saying to ignore it. How do we pick and choose what part of the decal we ignore?
I mean this post in a respectful way. Personally I interpret the decal as only a recommendation based on the specific data on the decal, regardless of what part of the decal you read. Simply stated, if the load capacity of the truck cannot be changed, then no tire size should be used other than that stated on the decal.
