Tire Pressure Monitor System: repeater & inline switch

So I tried out the TST 507 this weekend and it kept losing the tires. I will have to install a repeater. For those that have that repeater - - Is it waterproof? - Any suggestions on a good wate...

Receiver is on the windshield. I noticed that it had 1 tire already programmed in it when I started working on it. Maybe it was a return and the batteries are not good?
