I towed about 8K with the stock Wranglers on mine with experience similar to rbpru. I only got about 32K miles out of them before needing replacement. I've had good success with Michelin tires on our Camry, so planned on replacing with the P-rated LTS M/S2, but the local tire store didn't have them in stock. They did have the E rated version and I decided to try them since I tow a fair amount. When aired up to 45, they are noticeably stiffer than the Wranglers were, but at 40, they aren't much rougher riding. I'm pleased with the choice so far.
