Tire replacement before trip, would you?
The westlake tires on my RV are 4 years old in November. We are headed to Atlanta in 3 weeks for a 9 day trip. I have checked the tires and there are zero cracks or bulges and they tires are wearing...

As usual, it depends. Are they truly 4 years old by the manufacture date? Or are they 4 years old by when the TT was originally purchased?
How many miles do they have? A tire can be 4 years old, and have 40k miles on it, or it can be 4 years old and have less than 10k miles. A corollary is how long have they sat without ever being moved?
Have they lived in high heat much of their lives? Have they been towed in high heat a lot?
Are they 65 mph limited tires, like almost all used to be, that have seen a lot of highway miles at 70 to 75 mph?
Are they constantly checked to make sure they have the proper amount of air?
How much weight are the tires carrying? Is the weight the tires rated to carry, just marginally enough for the weight of the trailer they are on?
If the answer to many of questions are questionable you may want to think about changing the tires out.
