Ok all you experts. I know a guy who has a 2017 GMC 3500 with 16k miles on it. He has experienced abnormal tire wear of the front tires. He claims a Chevy dealer told him that towing a heavy toy haule...

The weight in the back will press down on the rear which "can" change castor and camber.
It takes quite a bit of weight and long hours towing to do this. But, a toy hauler is heavy on the tongue so it could happen depending.
By the way, he's a full timer so he tows a lot. Truck probably sees 95% towing.
