Find a new tire place, I would say.
Unless he is exceeding the payload of the truck that it's seriously tilting in some weird way, and he has some sort of front end maintenance issue, it should not be a problem.
Dealer tire and alignment shop has some pretty dull tools in it, usually...pretty low on the totem pole.
