Hey. No offense taken. I have always had good luck with BFG for towing and off road rubber. I am sure there are many other quality alternatives in 35” diameter.
I had never heard of them described as soft though. Does this mean the compound or the sidewalll stiffness? How did you arrive at this conclusion? Not wanting to be confrontational, genuinely curious if there is some measure of this.
As for going from 33 to 35 inch tire and it’s effect on gearing, it would seem like it’s time to pull out a gear ratio chart. That is a jump of about 8%. Really negligible. Couple hundred RPM at cruising speed.
