One thing you guys are not considering for the OP's very specific case, is the vehicle he is starting with... Before you go jumping on the "lifts are bad and you're going to kill a bus load of nuns" bandwagon, take a peek at his vehicle: it's a 2015 F-250 4wd. Do you know what separates the F-250 from an F-350? The F-250 is equipped with an ~2" tall rear spring block, while an F-350 is equipped with an ~4" tall rear spring block. Guess all those F-350 owners better head back to the house and park those unsafe suckers post haste ;)
Seriously though, the comparatively minor gain in vehicle height here is negligible, but I would agree that putting some thought into the weight capacity of the tires is a good idea. And, as others have mentioned, the taller tire will have an impact on your RPM at any given speed and you might not like the results, but at the relatively minimal weight you are towing I doubt you'll notice much if any significant difference.
