That's a Tredit tire, and as shown in the image below there should be more info on the face. If the sidewalls you see are more or less "blank", the tires may be reversed on their rims- some mfr's don't put the size/dot/load etc. on both sides of the tire. (BTW: Not a one-direction tire, so such a "reversal" wouldn't affect performance)
