To 6.4 hemi owners
I was thinking about getting a '15 Ram with the 6.4 , but it states premium unleaded. The "14's used 87. It would not be worth to use premium over diesel for me. What is your opinion on this ?

The 350 in my '13 requires 89 octane or better. It runs on 85-87 but the mileage was even worse than it is on the higher octane.
Higher octane supposedly helps the engine run cooler... something to consider if you're hauling near max capacity.
