Many thanks to the op and his family for their service. Also to skipro3 for his dedication to the wounded warrior project. As a non-veteran I can never thank all veterans enough for all our freedoms as I can never fully know or understand their sacrifice. As we attended the Veterans Day service this morning in our home town I felt humbled and privileged to be there. It is the veteran that guaranteed that right .As the various speakers continued with program once again I realized it is the veteran that guaranteed that right. It is the veteran that guarantee’s all our rights and freedoms. I have not found the words that are sufficient to say thank you enough.
Today, near the end of the program as taps was being played, we noticed an older gentleman in his US AIR FORCE uniform standing beside us. He had a tear on his cheek my wife turned and gave him a hug and thanked him for his service. It put new meaning in the words “thank you for your service” for me as I realized I will never know just how much sacrifice many have made.
Again thank you and may you find peace in your minds and soul.
