My brother bought a new one from an eBay seller that also sells just the fabric. They ship freight and you can save a lot of money on shipping if you work with them on finding a carrier with a break-bulk/hub near you where you can pick it up. My brother paid to have it delivered to his door, and it was still about 2/3 the cost of getting one locally.
His trailer didn't have one at all, so it was a complete installation. Instructions were clear and it was easy to install. I may be replacing mine this coming season from the same company (shadeproinc). Mine still works, but has seen better days - it's starting to tear from the roller.
