To Awn or Not To Awn
My awning has seen better days. It's time to replace it ($$$) or just remove it and live without. Have any of you gone without an awning without regrets?

Been camping for many years with several different rigs. All came with awnings. Had so many close calls (sudden wind) that I stopped using the awning. What I do now is use an 8' beach umbrella in a custom mount that I can place anywhere and I now prefer this. You can have shade where the view is best. When we have a group, I'll bring a pop-up.
