I would recommend "not to delete". If the reason for deleting is because your having emission related problems, then I would unload the truck and move on.
There is nothing "marginal" about the Cummins head gasket. Nothing.

Gotta admit Scott if you want real head gaskets get a Powder smoke. 6 liters are the best!
