I would recommend "not to delete". If the reason for deleting is because your having emission related problems, then I would unload the truck and move on.
There is nothing "marginal" about the Cummins head gasket. Nothing.

Gotta admit Scott if you want real head gaskets get a Powder smoke. 6 liters are the best!
Not after you invest $7,000 or so to make it "bullet proof". LOL
But in all fairness to the Fishman he knows a guy that knows this guy the talked to that guy that said a Ford guy said he talked to a Chevy guy that heard from a guy that thinks he talked to a guy that said all Rams are junk. OP god call on keeping it stock and BTW you used to be able to remove it yourself not sure if that loophole is still open or not though.
