In Alaska, an additive that freezes at 11* Fahrenheit is working fantastic.
Uhm, if you knew as much as you say you do about these emission devices then you would see the error in this statement.

And because companies like swift and walmart who probably smash more trucks in a year than the average trucking company will own, clearly these systems are reliable?
Smash? What does that have to do about what we are talking about?
Instead of carrying on this conversation, I'll summarize.

You think complex emissions equipment were sent down from the heavens to decrease cancer by .005% So anyone seeking to delete their truck to save on fuel and repair bills is a greedy monster.
Please show me where I or anyone else besides yourself anything about these emission devices decreasing your cancer risk by .005%? That is a number you made up like just about everything else you stated here.

I think I'll take the money saved on fuel and install a radon mitigation system in my basement to offset the cancer I'm directly giving someone.
Okay, please show me proof of these fuel savings because Fuelly.com along with every review site of these diesels that dates back to the early 2000s before these emissions devices say that you are wrong.....completely wrong. So where is your proof to back up your statements? Please do not tell me that you are going by the lie-o-meter on these trucks because they are proven to be up to seven mpg off especially in the older trucks.

You can remain on your high horse looking down at people weighing their options all you'd like. That doesn't change the fact that Deleting emissions components in many cases will add fuel mileage and years of reliable service to the life of your vehicle.
Again, please prove this because
Fuelly.com says your assuption is incorrect. So again, where is this proof to back up your claims.
