With an unloaded dry weight of ~ 4900 lbs I'd expect this family trailer's GVW loaded & ready to camp to land somewhere in the 6000 lb to 6500 lb range. At an average 13%, gross tongue weight would therefore land somewhere in the 780 lb to 845 lb range, at 14% about 840 lbs to 910 lbs. That's a notable amount of tongue weight which will seriously limit the OP's remaining payload capacity to account for the weight of everyone and everything else added to the truck. Probably doable but hedging on 3/4 ton truck territory. ;)
