With WD applied some of the load on the TV is transferred to the TT's axles. The trailer axle load increased by 2460-2390 = 70kg (154#). That's approximately equal to 926-794 = 132# (60kg), with the difference being attributed to scale accuracy.
The TW (926# in this case) should not exceed the TV's receiver TW rating.
