What do you mean by "the rig is level"? If you're saying there should be "equal squat" front and rear, that does not agree with Ford's specification for adjusting a WDH.

That's good to do, but I believe the "issue" is keeping the TT's tongue weight under the receiver's maximum tongue weight rating.

Can you explain this statement? What do you mean by "distribution details of the total rig"? What do you mean by "published highway spec"?
