That is a great comment. To me I believe RV dealers should have some role to play in validation to a potential buyer. But as you pointed out it would be problematic as it could affect sales. Especially where they could argue the consumer could or should do their homework.
More surprisingly to me is why you don't see more recks with over weight truck trailer combos. I wonder how much science is actually put into max weights versus just generalizing a safe legal number.
