Go slower than you think you need to, and plan on doing it in the middle of the day. I came barreling down US 81 north of town few months back at twilight and had to brake hard cause some idiot was out moving one of these just as it got dark.
They might, although most (including the actual one that I linked the picture to) are only about 1/2 the weight. The one in the picture, for example, only weighs about 6300 lbs with a hitch weight of 1270 lbs.
