X2 Going on 3 years with mine. I would buy one again.

Always gone with the least expensive I could find and been surprised each time. Had a tuxedo truxport roll up, but didn't like that my bed was totally exposed. Have had a tonno pro trifold for several years and has held up very well. Front of my bed is covered while towing, and bed is covered while not towing.

No issues with my Truxedo.

Since I have a 5er, I bought a Pace Edwards Full Metal Jackrabbit roll type tonneau cover for my previous 2007 F350 long bed. Could pull it back over the hitch when not towing. Lockable every 12". Once caught my 7 yr old great nephew jumping on it like a trampoline. No damage. Liked it so well I bought another for my 2012 F350.

I've had several of the roll up style through the years, last 4 have been Truxedo lo-pros. By far my favorite. Good quality, never had a problem.

Had an Extang tri-fold soft cover on my last truck. Worked well, kept the bed pretty dry. Very easy to use and light weight so one person could remove/install it in minutes. Downside is it would flap a bit in the wind at highway speed, the foam weather stripping would sometimes freeze to the bed rails in winter, and security was questionable. Overall, simple design, easy to use and cheap.

Have a Bakflip G2 solid fold on my current truck. It's sturdy and pretty secure. Not completely water proof either and the drains tend to freeze up. The rubber weather stripping likes to freeze to the tail gate too, making it hard to open. Install is a little more difficult with the rails that need to be clamped to the bed, and it's heavy. Overall, works well but not cheap.

I have had 5-6 A.R.E. fiberglass hard covers. Never once have I had a problem or needed an adjustment. They are the best as far as I am concerned!

I bought my Truxedo roll up type cover about 11 years ago. I bought it used off Craigslist. It's on my second truck now. I did take it to a place that makes convertible tops, car seats, etc.. to have them re-stitch the Velcro that was coming off. I think it cost me $25. I would definitely buy another one.
