It looks like that Raptor has it squatting pretty good in the back. Maybe air suspension not pumped up?
Considering the truck is off, that wouldn't surprise me.
Medium duty trucks are cool. I wonder if the day is coming where they can be more pickup-like for our uses. If they offered one with 4wd, more power, and a cab that was more pickup and less semi, I bet they would sell the snot out of them.
I think everything that you don't like about the medium duty the 1 ton dually already has .... 4wd, more power, pickup like cab and less like a semi. I think there are very few RVs that would be nicer to tow with a Freightliner than a new 3500 dually.
Yes, but it lacks the commercial durability, tighter turning radius, gearing and suspension options, heavy duty tires and axles, and air ride to say the least.
There probably aren't ANY RVs that wouldn't be nicer to tow with that Freightliner than a pickup. They're just a hard sell to people who don't want to climb stairs to get inside, do without 4wd, deal with the overall height, etc. The reasons I would not want the Freightliner are 100% related to driving bobtail once I get there and 0% related to going down the road, where there is zero doubt in my mind that this truck would pull my trailer safer and with more peace of mind than ANY pickup truck.
