Self leveling Dicor does not need touched with anything after you shoot it out of the calking gun.

On my Fleetwood I had rubber roof, who had some damages and age as well.
I tired all kind of expensive coulks on it and none of them really hold.
PO put eternabond on some damages, what in result channeled water on camper frame.
Finally after struggling with it for few years, I found new technology Henry Tropicool roof sealer at Home Depot. That stuff sticks to everything and HOLDS.
I used it on my house flat roof before going to camper.
The sealer will not fill heavy gaps, but 2nd application did the trick.
It is self-leveling, so hard to apply on sloping nose.

How many tubes did you guys buy to redo the vertical surfaces on your camper? I also have a slideout so that will eat some. I can't remember how many I bought when I redid my last camper but I got them at lowes so it was no big deal. I have to order proflex as the closest dealer that carries it is an hour away. Thanks!

Butyl will be checked everywhere and I have a bunch on hand. I read the OSI description and I'll try it. I can always go back to Dicor. I have been thinking about using the Eterna bond tape on all roof fittings. I've never done this but the finished product looks awesome. I also think while I'm at it on the roof I'll replace that old bathroom fan with a nice one as well as the shower light globe on top. I don't know what it's called. I'm gonna take my time an all summer project and do it correctly. Goin to Flagler tonight to sit and have adult beverages. This forum is well versed in the RV maintenance world.

Lately, I've been using white Gorilla tape. It only lasts one year but it's sooo easy. Just peel off the old tape, wipe with the solvent of your choice and reapply.

I will be tackling mine here shortly. I bought a pneumatic caulk gun to try out this time. The last camper I resealed I used OSI but this time I will be going back to Proflex in white. I was not to crazy about the clear OSI once I finished.

Per my experience all caulking, including Dicor will not last when you don't have sealing butyl tape properly applied.
Caulk is more for cosmetics in RV applications.
