Torklift 21" extension with Lance 865?
Does anyone know if a 21" extension is long enough for a Lance 865 on a short box Ram? Going to AZ to pick up the new camper and thinking about taking a new cargo trailer. Don't really want to show up...

The Reese 45292 hitch extension is 34 inches long and is made so you can cut off the end and have a 24" long extension. Or if you don't mind drilling new holes for the pin you can make it an intermediate length. Cost is a little over $200 plus shipping. It includes loops for the safety chains on the trailer so they do not need to be lengthened.
